At Milo Soap, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy.

# Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Unopened, opened, or used products (unless deemed faulty)
- Change of mind

# Liability
You are responsible for:

- Selecting the correct scent and products
- Shipping costs incurred for returning products

# Refunds
Any refunds granted will be at the discretion of Milo Soap. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving returned items to your original payment method or as a store credit.

# Cancellations
If you cancel your non-custom order before processing, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

# Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

- Images of the damaged parcel
- Your order number
- Any relevant details

# Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please note that we are not responsible for parcels lost or undelivered by Australia Post. To ensure secure delivery, we recommend selecting tracked shipping options. 

# Lost or Undelivered Parcels

In the event of lorst or undelivered parcels, customers must contact Australia Post directly to initiate a claims process. To facilitate this process, please have your parcel tracking number readily available.
